We have a 24-hour cancellation policy in place. We understand that plans can change unexpectedly, and we strive to accommodate our clients' needs while respecting the commitment of our pet sitters. Please notify us at least 24 hours in advance if you need to cancel or reschedule your pet sitting appointment to avoid any cancellation fees. Your understanding and cooperation help us provide reliable and consistent service to all our clients and their pets.

Our trained pet sitters will promptly notify you and, if necessary, we'll contact your veterinarian for guidance and support. There may be travel fees depending on your location. For pet sitting services, a travel fee may apply for locations outside of a 10-mile radius. For dog training services, a travel fee may apply for locations outside of a 15-mile radius. Please contact us with your address for a precise quote and to confirm any potential travel fees.
